BOCA RATON, Fla. (AP) - Florida Atlantic hired LeAnn Freeland as its new women´s basketball coach on Tuesday.

"Having lived and coached in this area for quite some time, I´ve seen first-hand the awesome things happening at Florida Atlantic," Freeland said.
