WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader
Upgrades can give you boosts in specific stats. Each upgrade increases the level of an Best item upgrade by 3. A random substat is also boosted alongside every upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more useful, unless the item is not required by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like the eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are less valuable for those with higher variance due to the need to roll an exact version.
Recycle Points
The Item Level Upgrade (Https://Yogicentral.Science/Wiki/Nicolaisenskriver7515) upgrader enables players to upgrade gear to a higher item level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of weapon or armor. However, the item upgrades used to upgrade item will remain in use for a long time and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.
The upgrader is located in all major cities and is accessible at any time to upgrade items your gear.
