The upgrade of the item upgrades was first introduced in Generation II. This item upgrader kit allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2 while being traded or being held.
Slotting it into armour, weapon gear and trinkets could provide an additional benefit or increase the value of an attribute. However, most upgrade components require the item level upgrade to be at an appropriate level before it can be slotted into.
Recycle points
Recycle points can be used to upgrade certain items. They can be earned by recycling cans and plastic or by completing missions. They can also be gotten through the recycling incentive program that rewards players for taking their trash to recycling bins. These points can be redeemed through the iRecycle shop to purchase cash or household items.
To recycle an item upgrader kit, simply click on it using the right-click and Item Upgrader then press R. You'll receive a tiny amount in books and XP.
