WoW Upgrades - The item upgrades Upgrader
Upgrades give you boost in certain stats. Each upgrade increases item upgrade level by 3. Each upgrade also boosts a random substat.
Upgraded gear generally sees higher trade value, unless it has inherently low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or has a high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less valuable for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item level upgrade upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by offering the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be made on any type of armor or weapons. However, the item level upgrade used for the upgrade will be consumed forever and cannot be used again. item upgrades can also be used to create enhancements.
You can upgrade your equipment at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To keep your gear current, it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks.
