World of Warcraft item upgrader mod Upgrades
Items that can be added to weapons, trinkets, and armor in order to boost their stats are called item upgrader mod upgrades. They are available through missions and vendors, as well as the Trading Post.
Upgrading gear is one the primary ways to improve your character's or ship's performance in combat. The gear you upgrade increases Mark Level and rarity.

upgrade item components are items that can be slotted into weapons, armor, trinkets, and gathering tools to give additional bonuses. These bonuses can range from stat increases to other effects when the item upgrader mod being equipped. Upgrade components can be obtained through crafting, buying from a vendor, karma vendor or looting. You can also salvage them using the Black Lion Salvage Kit or Ascended Salvage tool.
All item upgrades have a corresponding power level and rarity. In general, the more powerful upgrades are the best because they increase the stats of your equipment.
