As of late, Kollywood star Dhanush has stepped into the director’s chair, on the heels of the box office triumph of his film "Raayan (2024)." He is gearing up to unveil his next film as a director, "NEEK," on February 21.
In addition to the criticism of Shankar's direction, *Game Changer* has also struggled with piracy issues, raising questions about its performance in the digital market. Produced by Dil Raju under Sri Venkateswara Creations, the film stars Kiara Advani alongside a talented ensemble that includes SJ Suryah, Srikanth, Anjali, and Samuthirakani. The OTT release runs for 158 minutes—marginally reduced than its theatrical cut—while the Hindi version is set to be debuted in the coming weeks. Directed by Shankar, the film faced a barrage of negative reviews, pointing out its weak narrative, homepage rushed tempo, and ineffective emotional sequences.
