It is the need for a Six Sigma project to succeed, go through five steps; namely, Analyze it, and furthermore the remaining phases, Establish and finally Operate. Among these phases, the Define phase is the first and vital step in the process here. During this phase, the problems that the project tries to resolve are clearly identified, described and defined to the end and a clear understanding of the goals and objectives of the project, and the firms members participate in this phase, to determine.
The Define phase of Six Sigma sets the stage for the entire project, by providing a clear, understandable understanding of that the project has to create, Lean Manufacturing consultant and in order to come across something, is described during this step that sets the stage for the project members from also, business decision makers and also project champions.
