WoW Upgrades - The item Upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades will give you a boosts in specific statistics. Each upgrade items increases the level of an item upgrader mod by +3. A random additional substat is also increased with every upgrade.
The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless it has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a large variance in stats (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as valuable for those with higher variance because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrader allows players to upgrade gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of weapon or armor. However, the item used to upgrade will be consumed forever and will not be able to be used again. Upgrades can be applied to enchantments.
You can upgrade items your gear at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city.
