Replacing a Mini Key Fob
Key fobs have a lot of useful functions. They allow you to unlock your car or activate the alarm. They typically have a profile for the driver that allows them to choose their preferences, including the seat and mirror adjustments, climate control settings and radio station preferences.
You can also close the trunk remotely in case you forget to close it before you enter your Car key repair. All of these functions require they are programmed.
Battery
Over time, the battery in a modern key fob might lose its charge. If you notice that your duplicate mini cooper key fob isn't working as it should or takes longer than it normally does to start up, it could indicate that the battery is in need of replacement mini keys. You can buy a new battery for a fob that is mini lost key at a hardware store or a big-box retailer. It is best to keep an extra battery in your center console or glove box and any other tool required to open the fob in case of an emergency.
