What is an Item Upgrader?
The item upgrader allows players to increase the quality of their equipment. To upgrade items, you will need the appropriate currencies and items. For armor and weapons, this includes Valorstones and Crests.
Other upgrades, like Hot Potato Books, give weapons a boost in stats or allow them to be used in dungeons. These upgrades are typically purchased from the cash store.
Leveling
Many different sources can be used to increase the quality of equipment. Depending on the item upgrading type and upgrade track, it will cost Valorstones or Crests to increase the level of an item upgrading upgrader kit (Algowiki.Win). Weapons, for instance, cost more than gloves or bracers.
It is also possible to upgrade items by purchasing them in the game. Upgrade shards are available by defeating bosses on any dungeon. They can be used to upgrade weapons and armor sets, allowing them to reach the maximum level. They can only be upgraded only once.
A gem can be used to improve your gear.
