WoW Upgrades - The item level Upgrade Upgrader
Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of the item upgrader kit by +3. Each upgrade also increases an unspecified substat.
The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, unless it has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the requirement to roll to get a perfect version.
Recycle Points
The item upgrades upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by transferring the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapon. The item used to upgrade the item upgrader mod will be consumed and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create enchantments.
You can upgrade your gear at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader every couple of weeks to keep your equipment up-to-date.
